This 2-bed garage apartment plan has an attractive exterior with three 10' by 8' garage doors with windows above each bay. It makes a great guest house, an ADU, or an income-producing property.
On the main floor, a powder room is tucked away in the back-right corner giving you a place to wash up after working in the garage or outside. There's an optional elevator that is a nice convenience should you decide to build it out. If you don't, you can use the space for storage.
The upper floor gives you an open area combining a full kitchen with an island with bar seating and an open gathering area that has access to the back deck.
A barn door seals off the bathroom in Bed 1 and a pocket door does the same for Bed 2. That bedroom enjoys outdoor access.
